I want to thank you for your help on lotus mail rules. I always wondered do they needed a server to run or just a client. I have searched the internet and even opened a pmr to ibm, but no one gave me the answer to that simple question!

Yes, you assumed correctly, users work with replicas on local hard drives not on server because the server is located in another company and work with the server databases is to slow. Than i had problems with a domain I created for users on domino server because it was marked as spam domain...
After that incident I have decided to reroute all mail directly through internet and just replicate their mail databases to server from time to time.
